Application
The electronic, micro-processed Controller DC-10 serves for temperature control of the heated sample lines PSG Extruded, PSG Plus Extruded, PSG Basic Flex and PSG Plus Extruded Hybrid. Also, for heating sleeves and heated wall ducts the controller is applicable
Technology
The Controller DC-10 is a PID-controller that can be parameterized in different levels for the individual needs of the respective devices. The controller can be operated from 110VAC up to 230VAC and 50Hz to 60Hz. The solid-state relay is already integrated and has 10A switching capacity. Controller is suitable for mobile use or wall mounting using the included mounting-plate.
Functions
The temperature-sensor input of the Controller DC-10 can be used, depending on the version, with a PT100, a Type J or a Type K sensor. The set value and the process value are permanently indicated by a two-color display. The controller has an output for L (load) and N (load) for direct connection to the heater. It comes factory assembled with a 6-pole Amphenol© plug type “Ecomate”. Red and green LEDs indicate the status of the output relay and if there are any errors. The set-points and parameters determining the process are adjusted by a 4-field foil keyboard.
